About Loopsie Daisy

Some things skip a generation — and some things don't skip at all.

I grew up watching my mom create. Quilts, crochet, cross stitch, needlepoint, macramé — her hands were always making something beautiful. And yes, even potholders. Those colorful woven loops were some of my earliest memories of what it meant to make something with love.

After a long and fulfilling career in nursing, I found my way back to that feeling. What started as a quiet return to crafting became something I hadn't expected: a zone. A place where everything melts away and all that exists is color, pattern, and the rhythm of weaving loop after loop.

Each potholder and trivet I make carries that same joy — the happiness of creating something useful, something handmade, something that might just end up in someone else's kitchen and become part of their story too.

Welcome to Loopsie Daisy. I'm Ingrid, and I'm so glad you're here.
